Cassette Oil Seals

These cassette oil seals are commonly used in wheel hubs and gearboxes, to combine the seal and sleeve in one unit, simplifying fitting and improving sealing reliability on rotating shafts. Their unitised design reduces the risk of incorrect fitting compared to a standard loose seal. Because the sleeve and seal are combined, correct fitting is generally more straightforward than aligning a separate seal to a worn shaft.
